How Do I Adjust the Height?
To adjust the height, pull off the little black clip on the main stem, then pull out the inner tubing to suit your height. The included height adjustment lower clip secures the chosen height to ensure the walking sticks are silent when used.
Soft-Grip Handle
Featuring a moulded right-hand grip handle, this design allows wearers to walk for hours without hand fatigue. In addition, these grips are fully removable and washable on the appropriate Neoprene-safe setting.
Handy Wrist Strap Included
Each walking stick comes with a wrist strap so you can rest your walking stick on your arm without it falling to the floor, which is particularly helpful for every day tasks such as opening doors and carrying bags.
