Leather Sling Seat
Use as a walking stick to bring the large leather seat with you on hikes for comfortable and practical upholstery that will always be available when you need it most. When folded out, the handles are positioned on either side for extra stability and the sling seat provides a secure seating area. This will be particularly useful for outdoor events, where provided seating may be sparse or non-existent.
Adjustable Design
This shooting stick has an adjustable height to make sure it always provides the support that you need, able to be fixed at intervals between 83 and 96cm you can change the height depending on the terrain that you're walking on. The sitting height is also adjustable with intervals between 77 and 90cm in height, ensuring you can rest your legs comfortably at the appropriate height for you.
Leather Sling
When the walking stick chair is closed and in its upright position, the handles close together and a smart leather strap fixes with a brass popper to ensure the handles stay shut. This turns the stick chair into a walking stick that is easy to hold and provides a convenient walking aid when you're traversing tough terrain.
Plate and Spiked Ferrule
At the base of the shooting stick is a plate and spiked ferrule which can be pushed into soft ground and other giving terrains to improve stability. The plate also stops the stick from sliding too far into the ground ensuring that, when unfurled, the seat is supportive. This way, the stick can offer reliable support without the need to worry about whether or not the ground is too soft to manage it.
Can I Use the Stick On Hard Surfaces?
The metal, spiked ferrule (base) of this walking stick is fantastic for those country walks, but might not be the best for walking on pavements or indoors. Luckily, we also carry a rubber ferrule, specifically made to fit on to the ends of spiked shooting sticks, which you can add to your order on the top of the page. It helps improve grip on hard surfaces and reduce the chances of slipping.
