This lightweight, aluminium Height Adjustable Green Trekking Pole is extremely popular among hikers and ramblers alike. It features a comfortable handle that allows the pole to be used as a regular hiking staff or a classic walking stick, as well as a cleverly designed rubber-spike ferrule that makes the Trekking Pole safe to use on both soft and hard surfaces.

The innovative handle of this Trekking Pole is designed so that it may be held in two different ways: on top in the manner of a right-angled walking stick, or grasped around the neck as with a regular hiking staff. Moreover, the handle features a cord wrist loop that helps prevent accidental loss of the pole.
This Trekking Pole is fitted with a combi ferrule, which means that there is a removable rubber ferrule fitted over a spiked one. This way, the staff can safely be used on both hard and soft surfaces, making it ideal for diverse hiking terrain.
Should I Use One or Two Poles?
Whether you wish to use one or two poles at once is entirely up to you. Many walkers find that using one pole in each hand reduces the strain on the knee and ankle joints, especially if climbing over stiles whilst carrying a heavy rucksack.
