The staff is grown from coppiced chestnut wood, as chestnut is one of the trees that responds very well to this method, which is still commonly practised in Great Britain. This type of wood is known for its strength and durability, as well as its rich, dark brown colour and attractive appearance that makes the Chestnut Staff a must have classic hiking stick.
Leather Wrist Loop Strap
With a leather wrist strap included, the Chestnut Wood Hiking Staff can never get lost or slip away from your hands during your hiking trip. The leather is comfortable against the skin of the wrist and can be adjusted to your preference.
Combi Ferrule
This Hiking Staff features a combi ferrule, which means that there is a rubber ferrule fitted over a spiked one. This way, the staff can safely be used on both hard and soft surfaces, making it ideal for diverse hiking terrain.

We use the Royal Mail postal service - as well as other trusted couriers - to deliver our items. This means you'll receive your order as quickly as possible by a trusted delivery provider. We deliver within the UK only. Unfortunately, due to restrictions with our couriers, we are unable to ship items outside of the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
