How Do the BungyPump Poles Work?
BungyPump is a unique brand of training poles with inbuilt suspension that allow you to lose weight in a fun and effective way. The suspension eliminates jarring from downward thrusts; this means that elbows and shoulders are not overexerted while pressure is alleviated from the hips and knees.
The poles provide resistance every time you press down, activating the upper and lower body to ensure you are reaching your full potential. The resistance option is great for strength training whilst the fixed option is perfect for hikes and walks.
How Do I Change the Springing Action of the Poles?
With the moveable locking mechanism the pole can quickly and easily change from a springy to a fixed pole in just seconds. You can lock the pole by twisting the turning nut that is secured on the middle part of the pole – this will stop the pole from collapsing and it will stay in the fixed position.

Who Can Use the BungyPump Walkathlon?
When training with BungyPump, 90% of the body's muscles are activated with up to 77% increase in calorie burn in comparison to regular walking. They train both strength and fitness simultaneously, making them ideal for weightlifters, athletes and casual walkers alike, whilst still being soft enough on the shoulders and elbows to allow both younger and older people optimal use.
If you find the 4kg resistance too easy, you can upgrade the poles to a higher resistance level using the upgrade kit included with the product. It's easy and doesn't require the use of any tools.

UK delivery is FREE for orders of £40 and over. For orders below this threshold, delivery will cost a flat fee of £4.95 (including VAT).

We use the Royal Mail postal service - as well as other trusted couriers - to deliver our items. This means you'll receive your order as quickly as possible by a trusted delivery provider. When will my order be dispatched?
The BungyPump Walkathlon Nordic Walking Poles (4/6kg Resistance) is usually delivered between 1 and 3 working days after placing your order by Royal Mail. For orders placed before 2:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), your order will be dispatched the same day. All other orders will be dispatched the following working day.

Returns Information
